History/Background:He was born in the Stone village.He lived in the Clan town until the Massacre.A monk saved him andf tooked him.They trained him very hard for him to become Tsuchikage.They trained him day and night without stoping.He could drink a glass of water each 5 hours he trained.To eat only 10 minutes.He was a slave of thei´re training.He tryed to run one night but he was catched.They taked him to the guards and got slashed 50 times.1 Night he runned away with his friend.The friend got killed but he survived.He runned to Leaf villlage trying to escape.They ware in a battle for Hokage so he become it himself.He started training alot.He learned with Gai sensei grandchildren how to open his gates.Gai sensei grandchildren trained Shikanura to open them,but it looked like he couldn´t.Shikanura trained,days,days,days.He couldn´t train more.He was tired.He decided to train one last time.In the last time the Gai sensei Grandchildren told him the secret to open the.Shikanura made what he said.Day to day.He entered the battlefield 1 day and he could open 3 gates.The train continued,and continued,until the seventh gate.He warned Shikanura that just trying to learn the 8 could kill him.Shikanura needed a good way to learn and don´t die.Shika remembered of the Kyubi lefts.He raced to the temple where they ware keeped safe.He stole them.He was hunted down by the monks everyday until he came back to Leaf.A long trip,full of enemies.He arrived.He got to a friend house who was an Exorcist.Shikanura asked him to implant the demon on him,so he wouldn´t die.The Exorcist refused,but Shikanura punished him and made him do it.He suffered for 24 hours.The implant was over and Kyuubi was inside him.Shikanura arrived the training field and opened the seventh gate.All or nothing,he decided to open the eighth gate.He din´t died.The kyuubi power was enough to save him.He learned all opf the gates,and he got the Kyuubi.He knew that to become Hokage,he needed to win over people hears and defeat the Hokage.He started giving money,food,equipement,Alot....The Hokage was mad for him beeing so pupolar and taking out the Hokage popularity.Hokage left secretly in the officer lefting a clone behing.The Hokage wandered the starteets looking for him to kill him.He founded him and challenged him to a battle in the Chuunin stadium.Shikanura accepeted.he knew it was the time.Shikanura preapred and entered the staiduam.A battle of 10 days lasted there.Without stopping they battle until one dyed.Shikanura and the Hokage fell to the ground.The Kyuubi started regenerating Shikanura body.he got up with little of his force and taked the hokage head off.It was cruel,yet he dieserve it.He only had bring chaos to the village.He standed up and rised the head.he proclamed himseld the Hokage,and the people accepted,because they loved him.Assassins from the Rain village teyed to kill him.He sended an entire Anbu troops to counter them,and he left on a trip.He arrived Amegakure to make peace between the villages.He passed secretly by guards and enetered the officer.With a strange deal,no one ever knew.They made Peace.Nothing bad has happened until the moment.

Konoha Kage Buyou is a Taijutsu technique that is used to position a ninja's opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. The ninja will first quickly appear below their opponent, then with a switch upper kick they will launch their target into the air. The ninja will then jump into the air to "shadow" the target with the target's back to their chest. Rock Lee uses the Konoha Kage Bayou to place his opponent into a position to do his Omote Renge technique. Uchiha Sasuke would go on to copy this move to set up his opponent for his Shishi Rendan technique.

Omote Renge is a Taijutsu technique which was forbidden due to the strain it puts on a ninja's body. By opening the first of the Celestial Gates, the Initial Gate, the ninja is able to release the restraints in the brain and push the body farther. In Lee's case, he was able to increase his speed and power. To utilize the Omote Renge, Lee first loosens the bandages around his arm. With a quick dash he is suddenly below his target and a quick upward kick sends his opponent skyward. Lee then jumps into the air to place his chest to the back of his opponent. He then wraps his arms and the bandages around his opponent to prevent escape. As the pair begin their fall back to earth, Lee begins to spin downwards at a high rate of speed, driving his opponent head first into the ground. At the last moment Lee himself releases the bandages and jumps to the clear. Though the technique injures his opponent, it also takes its toll on Lee's body as well.

Asakujaku is a taijutsu technique used by Maito Gai. Gai first opens the sixth Celestial Gate Keimon, which gives him access to an enormous amount of chakra. He will then strike them multiple times, causing the distinctive peacock fan to develop. His opponent will then fall back to the earth, covered in the strike's aura.

He will then finish them off with a strong strike right into the ground itself.

Ura Renge - Reverse Lotus

Ura Renge is a Taijutsu technique which was forbidden due to the strain it puts on a ninja's body. To complete the technique, Lee had to open the first five of the Celestial Gates. By opening the first of the Celestial Gates, the Initial Gate, the ninja is able to release the restraints in the brain and push the body farther. In Lee's case, he was able to increase his speed and power. By opening the second gate, the Heal Gate, Lee was able to temporarily increase his stamina. With the opening of the Third Gate, the Life Gate, Lee's body turns a shade of red and he is able to perform the Ura Renge. When Lee performed the technique though, he also opened the fourth gate, the Harm Gate, and the fifth gate, the Limit Gate. Opening the gates removes the limiters placed on the body, and by opening these gates Lee was given a great increase in power in speed. The technique was forbidden though because as each subsquent gate is opened, the body faces more and more strain. When Lee opened the fifth gate, his muscles began to snap.

To utilize the Ura Renge, Lee will open the first three Celestial Gates. Then, like Omote Renge, he quickly moves beneath the target and kicks them upwards. While in the air Lee will then pummel his opponent throughout the air with high speed Taijutsu attacks to weaken them. Then at the apex of his attack he will strike his opponent in the chest towards the ground. Lee then moves in close to his opponent and attaches his bandage. Lee will then allow his opponent to get some distance, he then pulls his target back to his body and does a hard downward palm strike to their chest causing them to crash into the ground with massive damage.

You're app is way to OP. A Kage is supposed to be strong, but not ridiculously unbeatable. >.>

For starters, It's one or the other. Either you are a excellent Taijutsu user and can open your gates, or you have the Kyuubi. It's not going to be both. Ever.

On top of that, some of your Rain Jutsus are not required. They're basically water techniques, not rain.

- Rain Clones-Clones made of rain (Water clones)
- Rain Spear- Forms giant spear from rain (Rain can't form into weapons, water on the other hand, maybe.)
- Rain Dagger- By focusing chakra and gathering rain, user is able to form a knife that can cut stone (1. Maybe water could, not rain. 2. Water cutting through stone?)
- Sheild of Rain- Forms rain into a wall that is strong as metal (As strong as metal?)
- Rain Sword- Using chakra and rain user can form a sword (No.)
- Rain Cloud Shell- Using rain and the clouds user forms a protective armor that can even stand to lightning (How can you possibly control clouds now? And be strong against lightning??)
