Just a heads up before you begin to create your character. Keep this in mind.

Your subject must be your character's name, followed by a "(Incomplete)". When you are done your app, change the "(Incomplete)" to "(Ready)". This will signify that your app is ready to be looked over by a mod or myself. Once your character is approved, your "(Ready)" from your app title will be removed, replaced with "(Approved)", and moved to its proper location. Thank you.

Naruto: The Rising Generation takes place 2 generations over. It's basically the time of Naruto's grandchildren. You can create an all new original character or be part of a family tree from the original Shippuuden cast. But also make sure that no one else's app clashes with your own.
(i.e. You create a character named Bob Uchiha. His grandfather is Sasuke Uchiha. Etc, etc...) Make sure that no one's app has the same thing or make it so they at least are related in some way. You can be a sibling of another member of Naruto: TRG. Whether it's brother, sister, cousin, etc. Just make sure they don't clash and it makes sense.

If this does occur and you still make your app, I'll post the link to the person's app you are clashing with. You can edit it from then.

Another thing to keep in mind. I'm not going to have this forum start out with multiple Missing Nin and other high ranked ninja. Everyone that starts here, starts as a Genin. Your story will develop as you RP. You will RP your character's arcs and add them later on to your history. Besides the rank of Genin, you can apply for a Kage position, while they are still available.

I want to make this official now. There are NO bijuus (Sealed Demons) at this moment. I will slowly create a backstory for the bijuus and explain how they will come into play later on in the RP. Be patient and don't try to argue this. Thank you.
