This Doujutsu allows any member of the Kitai clan to control air and electrical currents around any thing.This Doujutsu consists of Jutsu like seppaku or pressure. Depending on the level of the Doujutsu you can do certain things.First stage you can control small air currents and create small sparks of electricity.The second stage,which is what most people activate, and can control moderate to large currents of air and electricity and a lesser form of Pressure but cannot affect neurons and air flow throughout the body of another person,it doesnt affect eyesight or body function like stage three does.Stage three allows you to perform Pressure and other ninjutsu with ease but slowly destroys your neurons in your brain and damages your loungs in a very slow but not painful way. Each level of the Doujutsu can be activated on will after acheiving it. Stage 2 and three can read Wind and Lightning jutsu.

History: The Kitai Clan was one of the founding families of Iwagakure but hasn't been in the seat of Tsuchikage at all but has the what could be arguably the strongest doujutsu in Iwagakure.The family was incredibly powerful and respected but also hated by other lesser clans and this would lead to a power struggle the likes of which was never seen again.Rival familiies of the Kitai formed together and tryed to over throw them and almost suceeded. Everyone in the Kitai clan had awoken the Kazingan to the second stage but the strongest of the clan had awoken the thirdstage and overwhelmed the other clans in a giant combined Seppaku crushing the clans from the inside out.Only four members survived the fight and each of them created the Kitai clan once more.Shortly there after the ninja wars began again and the Kitai clan headed the call but where killed and slaughtered by the Uchiha and Hyuuga Clans of Konoha causing a rivalry between the three clans that would last forever.The last surviving members disappeared into the Demon country where they had a child who would resurect the Kita clan,it was rumoured that their were four other members alive and one of the others had the third stage other than Iyoku.

Seppaku - Pressure

The user activates the Kazingan at stage two or three and focuses on the electrical current and air current around the target and condenses it around their target possibly crushing them but if they move the user can't move the area of pressure thus waisting their chakra. The user can't use this jutsu more than twice per battle.

The user forms four handseals and holds both hands out infront of him and charges electricity infront of him.As he channeled the chakra to his hand and launches a small ball of electricity at the target.Small burns and numbness.

Rikou- Discharge

Range- 5-10m
The user forms five handseals and than begins to move both hands in a circular motion and chanel chakra into the space in between his hands and than launch electricity at their oponent.Major burns and can cause very deep cuts.

Denki - Electricity

Range-10m+
The user forms ten handseals and begins to move thier hands in a circular motion slowly increasing speed and than channel chakra to the empty space between their hands and than can launch it at the oponent.It can cause severe burns and can burst through its oponent at close range.
